THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/NĐ-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated January 4, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on legal forest products files and origin verification of forest products;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Administration and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision announces 05 new administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 19, 2012.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Units related shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
