Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
BASED ON THE LAW ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE'S PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
1. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE CENTRAL MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE IS 55 (FIFTY-FIVE) PERSONS, INCLUDING 25 (TWENTY-FIVE) PROSECUTORS OF THE CENTRAL MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AND 05 (FIVE) INVESTIGATORS OF THE CENTRAL MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE.
2. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES OF MILITARY ZONES AND EQUIVALENTS IS 194 (ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR) PERSONS, INCLUDING 150 (ONE HUNDRED FIFTY) PROSECUTORS OF THE MILITARY ZONE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES.
3. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE MILITARY PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES OF MILITARY REGIONS IS 279 (TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE) PERSONS, INCLUDING 219 (TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN) PROSECUTORS OF THE MILITARY REGION PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentTHE CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE AND THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS RESOLUTION WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
