THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on the opinions of the Ministry's leadership and its subordinate agencies;
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Plan for Organizing the Campaign "Refuse Corruption in Examinations and the Cult of Achievements in Education" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Office and heads of units and organizations under the Ministry, directors of provincial education and training departments, directors of universities and academies, rectors of universities and colleges, principals of vocational secondary schools, general secondary schools, and preschool education facilities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
