GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL
Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;
Pursuant to Directive No. 14/CT-TTg dated May 18, 2012 of the Prime Minister on rectifying and enhancing the effectiveness of citizen reception, complaint, and denunciation handling work;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1809/QĐ-TTCP dated July 23, 2012 of the Chief Inspector General regarding the establishment of the Working Group according to Plan No. 1130/KH-TTCP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Disband the Working Group established according to Plan No. 1130/KH-TTCP at Decision No. 1809/QĐ-TTCP dated July 23, 2012 of the Chief Inspector General.
Assign the Planning, Finance, and Consolidation Department to assist the Chief Inspector General in monitoring, inspecting, urging, guiding, and summarizing the results of implementing inspections, reviews, and resolutions of complex, pending, long-standing complaints and denunciations according to Plan No. 1130/KH-TTCP dated May 10, 2012 of the Inspector General.
Article 2. The Working Group 1130 is responsible for transferring relevant documents and materials to the Planning, Finance, and Consolidation Department of the Inspector General.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Director of the Office, Heads of the Organization and Cadre Department, Planning, Finance, and Consolidation Department, Cục I, Cục II, Cục III, Heads of other Cụcs, Departments, and Units related shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
