On replacing members of the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council
In response to the proposal of the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council in Report No. 16/HDCSTTQ dated April 22, 2005;

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the work requirements,
Appoint the following individuals as members of the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council:
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. Mr. Trương Văn Đoan, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, replacing Mr. Lại Quang Thực.
2. Mr. Lê Danh Vĩnh, Deputy Minister of Trade, replacing Mr. Mai Văn Dâu.
3. The financial experts include:
- Mr. Trần Xuân Hà, Chairman of the State Securities Commission, replacing Mr. Nguyễn Đức Quang.
- Mr. Nguyễn Tiến Thỏa, Deputy Director of the Price Management Department, replacing Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Tuấn.
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, and heads of government agencies concerned, and the individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
