PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, Session 10;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 21/TTr-CP dated February 27, 2009,
DECISION:
Article 1. Grants Vietnamese citizenship to:
Mr. Dang Van Robert, born on April 27, 1984 in Slovakia
With Vietnamese name: Dang Van Viet
Currently residing at: No. 10C Lam Tuong Street, Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the person named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
