GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated December 12, 1997;
On the basis of Decree No. 88/NĐ-CP dated November 2, 1998 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank;
On the basis of Decision No. 355/TTg of the Prime Minister dated May 28, 1997 on implementing the General Review and Systematization of Regulatory Legal Documents for the two-year period 1997-1998;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

Article 1. Abolish 67 documents issued by the State Bank listed in the "List of Abolished Documents" attached to this Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the State Bank's Office, Heads of the Legal Department, Heads of all Departments and Directly Subordinate Bureaus of the State Bank, Directors of the State Bank Branches in Provinces and Central City Directly Under the Central Government, Chairmen of the Management Councils, General Managers (Directors) of Credit Organizations are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
