REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF DECISION NO. 28/2004/QĐ-BKHCN
On October 1, 2004, the Minister of Science and Technology issued Decision No. 28/2004/QĐ-BKHCN "regarding the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles." However, due to an error at the issuance stage, this document was mistakenly assigned a number that had already been allocated to another regulatory legal document.
The Ministry of Science and Technology has recalled all copies of the document with the incorrect number, leaving only one copy sent to the Official Gazette of the Government Office for publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministry of Science and Technology apologizes for the above mistake and requests the following corrections:
1. Decision No. 27/2004/QĐ-BKHCN dated October 1, 2004, regarding the method for determining the localization rate of automobiles, is hereby corrected to be Decision No. 28/2004/QĐ-BHCN dated October 1, 2004.
2. In Article 6 of the previous decision, which stipulates: "...shall take effect from January 1, 2005," it is now proposed to amend to: "shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette."
We respectfully request the Government Office to publish this correction in the Official Gazette./.
