Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents; Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Correcting some technical errors in Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated October 5, 2023, issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the organization and operation of the Film Classification and Rating Council (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL) and the attached Appendices as follows:

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2023/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2023 of the Government providing for the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

1. Points a and b Clause 3 Article 10 of Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL are written as:

DECISION:

Article 1. "a) Sample of the Film Classification Permit;"

"b) Sample of the Decision Not to Allow Film Distribution."

Now corrected to be:

"a) Sample No. 01: Film Classification Permit;"

"b) Sample No. 02: Decision Not to Allow Film Distribution."

2. The recipients of Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL:

- The first line is written as "Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government;" Now corrected to be: "Prime Minister of the Government, Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government;"

- The fourteenth line is written as "All General Departments, Departments, Bureaus, units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;" Now corrected to be: "All Departments, Bureaus, units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;"

3. The name of the issuing organization in Sample No. 01, Sample No. 02, Sample No. 03, Sample No. 04 Appendix I; Sample No. 01, Sample No. 02, Sample No. 03, Sample No. 04 Appendix II issued with Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL is written as:

FILM CLASSIFICATION AND RATING COUNCIL

Now corrected to be: "Country of Production:"This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and is an integral part of Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL.".

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cinema Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Departments of Culture and Sports; relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and is an integral part of Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BVHTTDL.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Office, the Director of the Cinema Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports; relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
