Article 1. The attached Decision includes the toll rate table for National Highway 1 from kilometer 352 to kilometer 402 section Buon Ma Thuot - Buon Ma Thuot.
Article 2. The objects of collection, organization of collection, submission, and management of the use of tolls for the Buon Ma Thuot - Buon Ma Thuot section of National Highway 1 shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from April 15, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the Buon Ma Thuot - Buon Ma Thuot section of National Highway 1, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
