DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Board under the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province
The People's Committee of Phu Tho Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994, and the Ordinance on Specific Duties and Authorities of People's Councils and People's Committees at Each Level dated June 25, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Minister, Head of the Ethnic Minority Affairs Commission, and the Minister of Home Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Board under the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Board.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Minister, Head of the Ethnic Minority Affairs Commission, the Director of the Government Religious Board, and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
