Issuing the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of
Food Industry College

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
On the basis of Decision No. 56/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 10, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Colleges;
Considering the proposal of the Rector of Food Industry College at Report No. 01/TTr-CĐTP dated October 31, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres.
Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Food Industry College.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies, Heads of Units under the Ministry, and the Rector of Food Industry College are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
