DECISION
Issuing the Framework Vocational Intermediate Level Program and the Framework College-Level Vocational Program for the "Marine Vessel Control" profession MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Training dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework vocational intermediate level programs and framework college-level vocational programs;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework vocational intermediate level program and the framework college-level vocational program for the "Marine Vessel Control" profession;
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1.
To issue with this Decision the Framework Vocational Intermediate Level Program and the Framework College-Level Vocational Program for the : "Marine Vessel Control" profession.Based on these framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities registered to conduct intermediate level and college-level vocational training shall determine, review, and approve their respective vocational training curricula.
Article 2.
This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Article 3.
The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities registered to conduct intermediate level and college-level vocational training for the "Marine Vessel Control" profession, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, the Vocational Training General Department, vocational college institutions, intermediate vocational school institutions, specialized intermediate schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and college levels for the profession of "Marine Vessel Control" and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
