ISSUING REGULATIONS ON BIDDING, PROCUREMENT, AND ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State Budget dated December 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, the Law on Bidding dated November 25, 2005;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 05/2005/NQ-CP dated April 18, 2005 of the Government on accelerating socialization of educational, health, cultural, and sports activities;
promulgates this Decree stipulating the environmental protection fees for mineral exploration and exploitation.

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON BIDDING, PROCUREMENT, AND ASSIGNMENT OF TASKS FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES USING STATE BUDGET FUNDS.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.

THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
