ISSUING THE LIST OF DISEASES IN AQUATIC ANIMALS THAT MUST BE DECLARED AS OUTBREAKS

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005, detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008, amending and supplementing certain articles of the Government Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT hereby issues the List of Diseases in Aquatic Animals that Must be Declared as Outbreaks as follows:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR is the "List of Diseases in Aquatic Animals that Must be Declared as Outbreaks."
This list will be updated when new dangerous diseases appear and must be declared as outbreaks.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY MEDICINE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCTION AND URBAN-CENTER DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, WE URGE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS TO REPORT THEM TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TIMELY AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION.
