CIRCULAR
Regarding the issuance of three national technical regulations on spare parts for road motor vehicles
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006, and the Government Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates:
Article 1. The Circular hereby promulgates three National Technical Regulations on spare parts for road motor vehicles as follows:
1. National Technical Regulation on optical characteristics of front lighting lamps of road motor vehicles Code number: QCVN 35 : 2010/BGTVT.
2. National Technical Regulation on pneumatic tires for motorcycles and motorbikes Code number: QCVN 36 : 2010/BGTVT.
3. National Technical Regulation on engines for motorcycles and motorbikes Code number: QCVN 37 : 2010/BGTVT.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
