CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the General Department of Environment's Director General, the Science and Technology Department's Director, and the Legal Department's Director,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. This Circular promulgates four (04) National Technical Regulations on the environment:
3. QCVN 28:2010/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on medical wastewater.
4. QCVN 29:2010/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on wastewater from storage facilities and gasoline retail outlets.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2011.
Article 3. The Director General of the General Department of Environment, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
