Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government Chairman stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Based on the results of the appraisal by the Appraisal Councils for the List of Vocational Training Equipment for the trades: Mechanical Equipment Installation; Cold Assembly Mechanical; Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology, and the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration regarding the issuance of regulations on vocational training equipment for these trades, applicable to intermediate vocational education and college-level vocational education;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates regulations on vocational training equipment for the trades: Mechanical Equipment Installation; Cold Assembly Mechanical; Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology, for intermediate vocational education and college-level vocational education as follows:

Article 1. Scope and Applicability

This Circular stipulates the vocational training equipment for the trades: Mechanical Equipment Installation, Cold Assembly Mechanical, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology, for intermediate vocational education and college-level vocational education to be applied to vocational secondary schools, college-level vocational schools, vocational secondary specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide training for these trades at the intermediate vocational education and college-level vocational education levels.

Article 2. Regulations on vocational training equipment

1. Trade Mechanical Equipment Installation:

a) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Mechanical Equipment Installation for intermediate vocational education (annexed);

b) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Mechanical Equipment Installation for college-level vocational education (annexed).

2. Trade Cold Assembly Mechanical:

a) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Cold Assembly Mechanical for intermediate vocational education (annexed);

b) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Cold Assembly Mechanical for college-level vocational education (annexed).

a) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology for intermediate vocational education (annexed);

b) Minimum list of equipment for teaching the trade Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology for college-level vocational education (annexed).

Article 3. Implementation Provisions

1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2012.

2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees under central cities, the Vocational Training Administration, schools, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
