ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF ORNAMENTAL TREES, SHADE TREES, AND ANCIENT TREES

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

BASED ON THE FOREST PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT LAW ON DECEMBER 3, 2004;

On the basis of Government Decree No. 81/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 19, 2013 detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Handling Administrative Violations;

At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER DECIDES TO ISSUE THE REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF ORNAMENTAL TREES, SHADE TREES, AND ANCIENT TREES.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT OF ORNAMENTAL TREES, SHADE TREES, AND ANCIENT TREES.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 1, 2012.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city authorities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
