Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision to amend and supplement Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on Operation of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Haiphong City issued pursuant to Decision No. 69/2011/QĐ-TTg dated December 13, 2011 of the Prime Minister,

Article 1. Amends Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on Operation of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Haiphong City issued pursuant to Decision No. 69/2011/QĐ-TTg dated December 13, 2011 of the Prime Minister as follows:

"1. The Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone has a total area of approximately 22,540 hectares including: The existing economic zone area of 22,140 hectares and the expanded area of about 400 hectares, which is the entire area of the Trang Due Industrial Park.

The boundary of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone is defined: The boundary of the existing area is defined in Decision No. 1438/QĐ-TTg dated October 2, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the Master Plan for Construction of the Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone and the boundary of the expanded area is defined according to the planning of the Trang Due Industrial Park.”

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from August 15, 2013.

        Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government, and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
