CIRCULAR

ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ELECTRIC BICYCLES

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ELECTRIC BICYCLES,

Article 1. THESE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ELECTRIC BICYCLES ARE ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS CIRCULAR.

REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 68:2013/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2014.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE INSPECTION, THE UNITS AND VIETNAM MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION COUNCIL, THE HEADS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION, AND THE ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
