Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social AffairsiPursuant to the request of the Director General of the Department of Vocational Education;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 on the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;i paragraph one of ArticleNo. OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONSrime Minister cn technical;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Labor Safety,

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the adjustment rate for monthly salary and income already paid for social insurance;iand Social Affairs stipulates:

Article 1. Issued together with this Circular is the Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Insulating Shoes or Boots.

Article 2. The Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Insulating Shoes or Boots shall take effect from June 28, 2014.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and organizations and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementation./.
