CIRCULAR

Issuing a supplementary and amended list of aquatic feed; products for treating and improving aquaculture environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam aquatic farming species are permitted to circulate in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance; Decree No. 119/2008/ND-CP dated November 28, 2008 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of the Government dated February 5, 2010 on animal feed management;

Pursuant to Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 10, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development detailing certain articles of Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of the Government dated February 5, 2010 on animal feed management;detailing certain provisions of Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010, of the Government on the management of animal feed;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of Amended and Supplementary Aquatic Feeds; Products for Treating and Improving Aquaculture Environments Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.

Article 1. Attached hereto is the List of Supplementary and Amended Aquatic Feeds; Products for Treating and Improving Aquaculture Environments Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam including:

1. List of Supplementary Aquatic Feeds Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 1);

2. List of Supplementary Products for Treating and Improving Aquaculture Environments Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 2);

3. List of Amended Manufacturer and Importer Names, Product Names in Lists Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 3).

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 27, 2013.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of products for treating and improving aquaculture environments are responsible for implementing this Circular.
