Regarding the abolition of Decision No. 67/2007/QĐ-TTg dated December 12, 2011 of the Government Chairman on issuing the Regulation on unified management of foreign affairs activities of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government activities of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities in external affairs under the central government

At the request of the Minister of Foreign Affairs,

The Government Chairman issues this Decision to abolish Decision No. 67/2007/QĐ-TTg dated December 12, 2011 of the Government Chairman on the unified management of foreign affairs activities of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government as follows:

Article 1. Abolish Decision No. 67/2007/QĐ-TTg dated December 12, 2011 of the Government Chairman on the unified management of foreign affairs activities of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./
