CIRCULAR

Issuing economic and technical norms for geological survey work and the creation of current landslide maps in mountainous regions of Vietnamat scales of 1:25,000 and 1:10,000

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of provisions of the Law on Minerals;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of Vietnam Geological Survey; the Head of Planning and Finance Department and the Head of Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on economic and technical norms for geological survey work and the creation of current landslide maps in mountainous regions of Vietnam at scales of 1:25,000 and 1:10,000.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates economic and technical norms for geological survey work and the creation of current landslide maps in mountainous regions of Vietnam at scales of 1:25,000 and 1:10,000.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 30, 2017.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, Director General of Vietnam Geological Survey, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, please promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and resolution./.
