DECREE
Issuing the Operational Regulations of the Government Government
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015; and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration Organization dated November 22, 2019;
At the proposal of the Minister in charge of the Government Office;
The Government issues this Decree regarding the Operational Regulations of the Government.
Article 1. This Decree annexes the Operational Regulations of the Government.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of issuance, replacing Decree No. 138/2016/NĐ-CP dated October 1, 2016 issued by the Government on the Operational Regulations of the Government.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall issue operational regulations in accordance with the Operational Regulations of the Government.
Article 3.. The Minister in charge of the Government Office is responsible for urging and inspecting the implementation of the Operational Regulations of the Government.
Members of the Government, heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Councils, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
