DECREE-LAW

Establish a Committee to draft the regulations for the General Election and NBSP

 

CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 14 dated September 8, 1945 on the General Election to elect the National Assembly;

After the Council of Ministers has agreed;

ISSUES A DECREE-ORDER:

Article 1: To implement Article 5 of Decree-Law No. 14 dated September 8, 1945 on the National Assembly, a Committee is hereby established to draft regulations for the General Election.

The Committee consists of the following nine members:

Mr. Tran Huy Lieu

Vu Dinh Hoe

Cu Huy Can

Nguyen Manh Ha

Nguyen Huu Dang, representative of National Cultural Rescue

Le Van Giang, representative of Youth

Nguyen Van Chuc, representative of National Workers' Rescue

Nguyen Huu Tieu, representative of National Peasants' Rescue

Miss Tam Kinh, representative of Women's Rescue

Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs is responsible for implementing this Decree-Order.
