CHAIRMAN OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
BASED ON Article 33 and 54 of the National Assembly Organization Law of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam regarding the establishment of National Assembly Committees,
BASED ON Resolution No. 435 NQ/QHK4 dated March 28, 1974 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly appointing the position of Director of the Office of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY.
DECISION:
1. The Chairperson of the National Assembly Committee who specializes in the work of the Committee and the Director of the Office of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly shall receive a salary and supply system equivalent to that of a Minister.
The Chairperson of the National Assembly Committee who does not specialize in the work of the Committee shall receive a salary and supply system from their main workplace, and shall also receive an annual position allowance up to 240 dong. This allowance, when added to the basic salary, shall not exceed the basic salary level of the specialized Chairperson of the Committee.
2. The Deputy Chairperson of the National Assembly Committee who specializes in the work of the Committee shall receive a salary and supply system equivalent to that of a Deputy Minister.
The Deputy Chairperson of the National Assembly Committee who does not specialize in the work of the Committee shall receive a salary and supply system from their main workplace, and shall also receive an annual position allowance up to 180 dong. This allowance, when added to the basic salary, shall not exceed the basic salary level of the specialized Deputy Chairperson of the Committee.
This Decision shall take effect from the date of signature.
