NO. 39/SL ON MAY 21, 1949
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
At the proposal of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW
Article 1
The Ministry of Public Works and Communications is authorized to issue a type of stamp in the style "President Ho Chi Minh." Each stamp shall be priced at two đồng (2đ00). The number of stamps issued shall be three million (3,000,000).
Article 2
The Minister of Public Works and Communications shall implement this decree-law.
