OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 3927/TC-TCT DATE APRIL 23, 2002
REGARDING THE ADMISSION FEES FOR THE YEAR 2002
Dear: - Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies
- People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Fees and Charges dated August 28, 2001, the Ministry of Finance will coordinate with the Ministry of Education and Training to issue a Circular stipulating the collection and management regulations for admission fees.
Pending the issuance of new regulations, in order to timely implement the 2002 admission examination period, the Ministry of Finance requests all Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, government agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities to instruct subordinate educational institutions to continue collecting admission fees according to the current collection and management regulations as applied in the 2001 admission period.
In case of any difficulties during implementation, it is requested that relevant agencies and units promptly report to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Training for specific guidance.
