Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of the Oncology Department

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department and the Director of the Treatment Department of the Ministry of Health,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The Regulation on the operation of the Oncology Department is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Regulation on the operation of the Oncology Department shall apply to state hospitals, private hospitals, and public-private partnership hospitals.
Article 3. The Director of the Treatment Department is assigned to coordinate with relevant departments and the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health to guide, inspect, and supervise the implementation of the Regulation on the operation of the Oncology Department in hospitals.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Section 22, Part V: Regulation on the operation of the Oncology Department (radiation therapy) issued together with Decision No. 1895/1997/BYT-QÐ dated September 19, 1997 of the Minister of Health regarding the issuance of hospital regulations.
Article 5. The Heads of the Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of the Treatment Department, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, the Directors of Provincial Health Services, the heads of units directly under the Ministry, and the Directors of hospitals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
