CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 78 dated December 31, 1945 establishing the "Committee for Research and Planning of Reconstruction",
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW
Article 1: The following individuals are hereby appointed to serve on the "Committee for Research and Planning of Reconstruction" established by Decree-Law No. 78 dated December 31, 1945:
