DECREE

Regarding the establishment of communes under Dak Glei District and Dak To District, Kon Tum Province.

Tum. Renaming Mang Xang Commune, Dak To District to Te Xang Commune 

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,  

DECREE:

Clause 4 of Article 6Now establish communes under Dak Glei District and Dak To District, Kon Tum Province as follows:

1. Establish Xop Commune under Dak Glei District based on 12,490 hectares of natural area and 2,526 population of Dak Choong Commune;

Administrative boundary of Xop Commune: East borders Ngok Linh Commune; West borders Dak Pek Commune and Dak Glei Town; South borders Dak To District; North borders Dak Choong Commune.

After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Xop Commune, Dak Choong Commune will have 14,150 hectares of natural area and 2,254 population remaining.

2. Establish Mang Ri Commune under Dak To District based on 3,497 hectares of natural area and 1,945 population of Mang Xang Commune;

Administrative boundary of Mang Ri Commune: East borders Ngok Lay Commune; West borders Te Xang Commune and Dak Na Commune; South borders Te Xang Commune; North borders Ngok Linh Commune.

After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Mang Ri Commune, Mang Xang Commune will have 5,893 hectares of natural area and 1,871 population remaining.

Rename Mang Xang Commune to Te Xang Commune.

3. Establish Van Xuo Commune under Dak To District based on 9,130 hectares of natural area and 1,967 population of Ngok Yeu Commune;

Administrative boundary of Van Xuo Commune: East borders Ngok Yeu Commune; West borders Ngok Lay Commune; South borders Tu Mo Rong Commune; North borders Da Nang City.

After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Van Xuo Commune, Ngok Yeu Commune will have 12,600 hectares of natural area and 2,051 population remaining.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.

Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Kon Tum Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
