THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies equivalent to ministries;

Decree No. 40/2003/QĐ-BGDĐTPursuant to the Government's Decree dated August 30, 2000 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to the minutes of the review meeting dated June 1, 2001 of the Review Board for the framework training program for Non-Governmental Normal College in non-formal education mode for Secondary School Teachers at the 10+3 and 12+2 levels;

Based on the proposal of the Heads of the Teacher Department and the University Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued with this decision is the framework training program for Non-Governmental Normal College in non-formal education mode for Secondary School Teachers at the 10+3 and 12+2 levels in the subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Vietnamese Language and Literature, History, Geography.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are abolished. The Head of the Teacher Department shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this framework program.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Teacher Department, the University Department, the heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the heads of management agencies, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, and the Principals of teacher training colleges for Secondary School Teachers are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
