DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DECREE
ON THE ABOLITION OF VIETNAM STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
WHEREAS pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated 19/5/2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;
the Director at the proposal of the Director General of the National Standardization, Measurement and Quality Control Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the following 06 Vietnam Standards:
1. TCVN 6386 : 1998 Codex Stan 3 - 1981 Canned Salmon
2. TCVN 6389 : 1998 Codex Stan 90 - 1981 Canned Crab Meat
3. TCVN 5107 - 93 Fish Sauce
4. TCVN 5526 - 91 Fish Sauce - Microbiological Specifications
5. TCVN 5501 - 91 Drinking Water - Technical Requirements
6. TCVN 5502-91 Potable Water - Technical Requirements
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
