THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 113/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 7, 2003 of the Government on the management of fertilizer production, trade and use;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Agriculture,
Pursuant to …;:
Article 1. Publishes the "List of fertilizers permitted for production, trade and use in Vietnam".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Agriculture, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Heads of units, organizations and individuals inside and outside the country involved in fertilizer production, trade and use in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
