THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government regarding the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

Article 1. ANNOUNCE The list of legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2004, which have ceased to be effective, includes 233 documents (Attached list).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
