Regarding the issuance of QCXDVN 09: 2005 "Vietnamese Construction Standard - Construction Projects Utilizing Energy Efficiently"

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this decision is 01 Vietnamese Construction Standard: QCXDVN 09 : 2005 "Vietnamese Construction Standard - Construction Projects Utilizing Energy Efficiently" 09 : 2005 "Vietnamese Construction Standards - Construction Projects Using Energy Efficiently"
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
