THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and agency buying, selling, processing, and transiting goods with foreign countries;
Pursuant to Circular Jointly Issued by Industry, Science and Technology, and Environment No. 01/TT-CN-KCM dated February 28, 1997 guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister's Directive on suspending the production and use of the surfactant Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Machinery, Metallurgy, and Chemical Department;

Article 1. Supplements the List of Chemicals Prohibited for Export and Import (Annexed to Decision No. 05/2006/QD-BCT dated April 7, 2006 of the Ministry of Industry) as follows:
Name of Chemical: Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid (referred to as DBSA)
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under the Central Government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
