CIRCULAR
Regulations on economic and technical norms for constructing geographic base data

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 22, 2002 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Mapping Agency, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. These economic and technical construction norms for geographic base data are promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 6, 2012, and replaces Decision No. 2826/QĐ-BTNMT dated December 31, 2008 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment regarding the issuance of economic and technical construction norms for geographic base data.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Director of Vietnam National Mapping Center, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Article 4. When applying these economic and technical norms, if there are difficulties or unreasonable aspects discovered, please report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for study, amendment, and supplementation as appropriate./.
