CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON FIRE RESISTANT STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND FIRE RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIALS USED IN THE INTERIOR STRUCTURE OF MOTOR VEHICLES
The Minister of Transport hereby issues the National Technical Regulations on Fire Resistant Structural Design of Motor Vehicles and Fire Resistance Requirements for Materials Used in the Interior Structure of Motor Vehicles,
1. National Technical Regulations on Fire Resistant Structural Design of Motor Vehicles.

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
Registration number: QCVN 52:2013/BGTVT.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
2. National Technical Regulations on Fire Resistance Requirements for Materials Used in the Interior Structure of Motor Vehicles
Registration number: QCVN 53:2013/BGTVT.
This Circular shall take effect from JUNE 1, 2014.
The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Departments, the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 1, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Inspector General, the Departments and Bureaus of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Registration Agency, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
