CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS for occupational safety
for hoists

Pursuant to DecreeNo. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs provides:iPursuant to the request of the Director General of the Department of Vocational Education;

Pursuant to DecreeNo. detailed provisions on certain articles of the Lawi Article of the Law Basic standard TECHNICAL REGULATIONS LAW;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Quality Management of Products, Goods, Processes, and Services"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation." July 25, 2017 Government Decree on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Planning and Investment;i tiết thực hiện một sNo. Banks and Credit Institutionsof the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairsgoods;

At the proposal of the Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Inspectorate;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the adjustment rate for monthly salary and income already paid for social insurance;iand the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs stipulates:

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for hoists.

Designation: QCVN 16: 2013/BLDTBXH.

Article 2. The National Technical Regulation on occupational safety for hoists shall take effect from June 25, 2014.

Article 3. MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT BODIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
