CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Wood Adhesive

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the Director of the Processing and Market Development Department for Agricultural Products;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the National Technical Regulation on wood glue,

Article 1. The National Technical Regulation on wood glue is issued together with this Circular

Designation: QCVN 03-01: 2018/BNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2019.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Director of the Processing and Market Development Department for Agricultural Products, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry; the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
