 CIRCULAR

Issuing the Regulation on Organization and Operation of the National Competition Commission

Pursuant to the Competition Law dated June 12, 2018;

Based on Decree No. 96/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 29, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 03/2023/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2023 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Competition Commission;

At the proposal of the Chairman of the National Competition Commission;

4. Supplement Clause 7 following Clause 6 Article 2 as follows: issues Regulation on Organization and Operation of the National Competition Commission.

Article 1. Issuing the Regulation on Organization and Operation of the National Competition Commission

The attached Circular issues the Regulation on Organization and Operation of the National Competition Commission.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2024.

2. The Chairman of the National Competition Commission, relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
