PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 18/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008 of the National Assembly on accelerating the implementation of policies and laws on socialization to improve the quality of healthcare for the people;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Action Plan of the Government to implement Resolution No. 18/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008 of the National Assembly on intensifying the implementation of policies and laws on socialization to improve the quality of health care for the people is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision. The Ministry of Health is responsible for monitoring and reporting annually to the Prime Minister and the National Assembly Office on the implementation of this Action Plan./.
