ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAMESE YOUTH COUNCIL.
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 41-CP dated June 12, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Vietnamese Youth Council;
Upon the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Organizational-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now appoints Mr. Ha Quang Du, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of youth work and sports, concurrently hold the position of Director of the Vietnamese Youth Council.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.
The Vietnamese Youth Council, the Minister, the Head of the Personnel Organization Department of the Government, and Mr. Ha Quang Du are responsible for implementing this Decision.
