Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
To arrange and reorganize management cadre training schools for agriculture and rural development, based on the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1.- Establish the First Agricultural Management Cadre School and Rural Development on the basis of merging and reorganizing the Agricultural Management Cadre School, the Forestry Management Cadre School (excluding the branch located in Song Be province), and the Water Resources Management Cadre School.
The First Agricultural Management Cadre School and Rural Development is located in Thanh Tri district and has branches in Dong Da district and Dong Anh district, Hanoi city.
Article 2.- Establish the Second Agricultural Management Cadre School and Rural Development on the basis of merging the Forestry Management Cadre School branch located in Song Be province into the Agricultural and Food Industry Management School.
The Second Agricultural Management Cadre School and Rural Development is located in Ho Chi Minh City and has a branch in Song Be province.
Article 3.- The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall specify the specific tasks and organizational structure of the schools mentioned in Article 1 and Article 2 above.
Article 4.- The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
