DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Regarding the cancellation of the serial number indicator of the Mekong Commercial Joint Stock Bank stipulated in Appendix No. 3 attached to Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNNdated October 20, 2003 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam
GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Organizations 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Organizations 2004;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank;
At the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Cancel the serial number indicator of the Mekong Commercial Joint Stock Bank - 331 - stipulated at Point 3 of Appendix No. 3 attached to Decision No. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN dated October 20, 2003 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgating Regulations on the Banking Code System for use in payment transactions through the State Bank.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Heads of Accounting and Finance Department, Director of the Information Technology Bureau of the Bank, Heads of units under the State Bank, Governors of the State Bank branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; General Directors (Directors) of Credit Institutions and National Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
