THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;

Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Minerals Corporation (Letter No. 328/CV-TCLĐ dated May 30, 2000);

At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establishing Company 911 Mineral, a member company of Vietnam Minerals Corporation, based on Geological Team 911.

Company 911 Mineral is a subsidiary unit of Vietnam Minerals Corporation, having its own seal, bank account for transactions and operations according to the classification of Vietnam Minerals Corporation and other legal regulations. The main office is located at Quảng Chính Commune, Quảng Hà District, Quảng Ninh Province.

Article 2. Business activities of the Company:

Surveying, exploring, mining, processing, refining and trading firo filip and other types of minerals; Performing other tasks assigned by Vietnam Minerals Corporation in accordance with the law.

Article 3. Company 911 Mineral is responsible for completing all business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company approved by the Board of Directors of Vietnam Minerals Corporation and other legal provisions.

Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Vietnam Minerals Corporation, Leader of Geological Team 911, Director of Company 911 Mineral are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
