THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2001 of the Government on electricity activities and electricity usage;

Pursuant to Decision No. 22/1999/QĐ-TTg dated February 13, 1999 of the Prime Minister approving the rural electrification project;

At the proposal of the Director of the Technical Safety Supervision Bureau,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Issued herewith with this Decision are the "Regulations on Rural Electrical Safety" for application to rural low-voltage distribution networks.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Directors of the relevant Bureaus, Departments, General Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Provincial Industry Department Directors under central cities and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
